| Guten morgen, alle, (Good morning, everyone in German) how is everyone on this Terrific Thursday? And even though the weather may not be very enticing wherever you are, I hope this blog makes the rays of sunshine breakthrough the clouds. Anyway, so obviously you can probably tell from above what today's post is about. And throughout my life, I have always seen children on their devices, or using their parents devices (especially nowadays with all of the advances in technology that we have made). And, I have always felt that it depends on the child whether or not parents should limit their time on tech. You see, as an ADHD kid, I was always the hyper, motor mouth (when you never stop talking, which I still kind of am), gotta watch my every move before I am out of your sight kind of child. However, I think the biggest example is when I was in front of say my old Gameboy Color/Advanced (for all of those nostalgic gamer's out there, I still have both of them), that whole hyper kind of kid just went away. I have been told it was because of my ADHD, but I just feel that, as I said before, it depends on the child. Not if they have a certain thing about them, not only if they have ADD or ADHD, but their personality is where I the subject lies. So what do you think everyone, I would really like to hear your opinions/takes on the subject, whether it be commenting, sharing, or liking. You don't even need to be an actual parent, or a kid who has experience in the subject or not to write or share something. I just want to hear the true voices of my readers. Anyway, that's it for today everyone, thank you again for reading my blog. |

Hello y'all, how are you on this Terrific Tuesday? So, let me get right to the point, as you can see above, I decided to talk about one of the more important debates in, not just my life, but everyone's as well. Today I wanted to talk about Sexism in the Video Game World. Now I fully understand that today's society is much better for girls & women out in the world, but they still aren't created equal to say the men of the world. And I think that's completely WRONG!!!!! After all, women have a harder life than any guy on this planet could have, I was raised by my mother, with my dad around very little (work & his family side). And I know of the struggles that she faced & still continues to face, but did she ever give up??? NO!! And just because she is a women (or anyone who is), doesn't mean she is any less of value than any man in this world. In fact, I have always believed that women are a little bit more intelligent (sorry fellow men out there, but to be fair, women have some very good ideas out there & we just kind of stick to our own ideals. And while men tend to get stubborn & do things their own way, I feel as though women would work well in power). Anyway, sorry about ranting this much everyone, but please let me know what you think down below. Whether it be sharing, liking, or commenting. Just SPREAD THE RUMBLE WORLD!!!!
Ohayō gozaimasu, mina (Japanese for Good morning everyone). How is everyone on this Fantastic Friday? So, as most of you know (if you don't, I recommend you buy a ticket & get on today's train of life), Social Media has become very dominant in so many of our lives. BUT, I myself have always like Face to Face interaction, because something like XBOX chat (with the headset) doesn't offer you to actually meet the person. I think one of the biggest examples is a handshake, which allows you to actually judge the person (Not be really judgmental, but see how rounded/mannered they are, I guess) because I have always been told that "When a persona has a strong handshake, they are worth respecting" (or something like that, it's just I am unable to remember the quote to the word at this time). Anyway, let me know what y'all think, please do so by either commenting, sharing, liking, etc. Whatever you wanna do, feel free too (but within reason please & no violence, it's bad voodoo). Anyway everyone, have a nice day & a wonderful weekend.
Hello all of you guys & gals out there today, how are y'all? It's a wonderful Wednesday, & obviously you can see what I decided to talk about today. So, for me, it would depend on the line or what is is. If it is something like say "Halo" for XBOX I wouldn't feel like waiting for it at all because I don't need it (mainly because I don't have an XBOX). However, I would wait for say a Star Wars game (That's right, I'm a Warsie [for those of you who don't know, a Warsie is a person who is a fan of Star Wars]), or I would feel comfortable waiting for a Nintendo game. Let me know what you think everyone, either by liking, sharing, or even simply commenting. Thank you again for checking out Rockin' Rumble's Weebly. That's all for now folks.
Ohayō gozaimas, mina (Good morning in Japanese). How is everyone on this rather chilly Monday? So, as you can already tell, I'm kind of talking about the relaxation factor of Video Games/Puzzles (puzzles can include Sudoku, KenKen, Set, Crosswords, or other, what ever tickles your fancy I guess). So, for me, either has been a great relaxation factor, I always seem to get lost in the game or puzzle. It yes, does require a little bit of thinking (for either one), but they are still fun to do & play. So that's all for today everyone, but the fun doesn't end just yet. Please comment, share, like, whatever & let me know your opinions/favorite things below. Even if you have some request for post, just shoot me a reply. Arigatō gozaimas (Thank you very much in Japanese). Hello all of you guys & gals out there today. How are you on this marvelous Monday? So, today I was thinking about planning & designing/making video games. And what came to mind is its challenging capacity to create one. Such as the graphics between a game from say Nintendo, to probably more challenging animation such as Microsoft Studios & Sony. But, I'm sure each company has to go through a tremendous amount of work. Such as animation, testing for bugs, as well as probably just getting an idea for a new game. So that's it for today everyone, but I want to know your opinions here, please be sure to comment, like, or share my blog. I hope to hear your comments everyone. Hello all of you guys & gals out there, as you can see above, today I wanted to talk General Societies take on "stupid" video games. Which is not whatsoever aimed at any particular game. Like I said, it's just general societies view on it. Which I believe there is no such thing as a "stupid" video game, because yes, people do have their opinions on how good games are, or even what their favorite game is compared to others. But at the end of the day that's all it is, an OPINION. Therefore what right does someone have to say that someones favorite game is "stupid". Someone could love quite a few Nintendo games & you may not, someone may love only XBox games, but you don't like any of them. So when you think of "stupid" video games, don't think so closed minded, because everyone is entitled to their own favorites as well as their least favorites. So I ask you this, please try & find what game is "stupid" to you, try playing that game again, & develop a positive opinion on it, rather than be negative about it.
There is quite a bit of controversy on this subject, one of which I don't entirely think is necessary. The reason why I don't think is necessary is because I have had a similar problem with something I have done for almost all of my life. It has always been considered a sport, yet people are rather stubborn on saying it isn't. But I believe it's more of a sport than probably the actual sports out there. It uses hand-eye coordination, it may require your senses to be alert more (depending on the game), & it requires, I believe, more brain power & reflexes than say football or soccer. So I know my answer is rather opinionated, but I can only relay the information I know & believe. But I would like to know your opinion, please comment, like, or even share if you would like to. That all for now, folks.
Hello all you guys & gals, today I would like to talk about what skills & attitudes are needed for success in the Game Design industry? And, I believe the answer to that is rather simple than some may think. It takes not only ambition, but also experience, & to be broad-minded. The reasons why these are what it takes is first off, ambition is a key component in game development. You need to be working 70 hour weeks, as well as working 5 times more than the person next to you. Next experience because many companies require you to have experience, one way being is having 2 year internship. Finally, being broad-minded, because you can't walk into your bosses office & be like "I have a great idea", as well as because it is the consumer population that can in the simplest of words, "make you or break you".
